AI Large Model Application & Training Engineer (Technical Role · Enterprise-specific Agent Direction)

Report to：AI Manager / Company Senior Management
Work Location：Suzhou / Kunshan (18 minutes to Shanghai by high-speed rail)

1.基于成熟大模型与公司业务数据，完成企业专属AI训练、微调、知识库搭建与落地应用。
Based on mature large models and company business data, complete enterprise-specific AI training, fine-tuning, knowledge base construction and application implementation.
2.搭建AI自主学习与迭代闭环，使AI持续进化、具备自主思考与自动化执行能力。
Build an AI self-learning and iterative closed loop to enable continuous evolution, independent thinking and automated execution of AI.
3.负责大模型API对接、智能体（Agent）流程设计、自动化执行逻辑开发。
Responsible for large model API connection, agent process design, automation execution logic development.
4.与内部IT团队协作，完成AI系统对接、集成与效果优化。与业务/产品团队配合，将通用AI转化为懂行业、懂公司、懂流程的专属AI工具。
Cooperate with the internal IT team to complete AI system connection, integration and effect optimization. Cooperate with business/product teams to transform general AI into exclusive AI tools that understand the industry, company and processes.
5.协助参与客户沟通与汇报工作，整理AI项目进展、成果数据与技术亮点。
Assist in customer communication and presentation, sort out AI project progress, achievement data and technical highlights.

任职要求 / Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历，AI等相关专业优先，有相关经验更佳。
Bachelor degree or above, major in AI and other related fields is preferred, relevant experience is a plus.
2. 熟悉主流大模型使用与二次开发，掌握提示词工程、RAG、模型微调基本流程。
Familiar with the use and secondary development of mainstream large models, master prompt engineering, RAG and model fine-tuning.
3. 能基于现有模型做训练与迭代优化，具备AI应用落地、接口开发、流程自动化能力。
Able to conduct model training and iterative optimization, with capabilities in AI application implementation, interface development and process automation.
4. 学习能力强，对AI落地有热情，愿意与公司共同成长。
Strong learning ability, passionate about AI implementation, willing to grow with the company.
5. 具备良好沟通能力，可配合团队参与客户沟通、整理汇报材料、讲解AI进展。
Good communication skills（English）, able to participate in customer communication, sort out presentation materials and explain AI progress.
6. 动手能力强，有业务思维，能把技术转化为实实在在的效率提升。
Strong hands-on ability and business thinking, able to turn technology into real efficiency improvement.(dynamic, quick to accept new things, dare to use AI, train AI and create value with AI. )

Position level and final salary level is determined by experience and ability.
