Position Summary:

Provide professional quality massage within scope of practice and licensing while ensuring positive client experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply professional massage techniques tailored to client needs, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and injury assessment.
• Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Ensure punctuality and timely responses to client and manager communications.
• Keep massage rooms clean, organized, and stocked; report equipment issues promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards to prevent injuries.
• Exhibit physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Required Key Skills and Qualifications:

• (LMT) Certification of completion.
• Experience and training in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required. Additional knowledge and experience in performing other modalities a plus.
• Must maintain a current CPR & First Aid certification.
• Responsible for adhering to all Hawaii licensing laws and regulations related to maintaining a current massage license including maintaining CEU’s.
• Massage work experience required.
