Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to provide high-quality care to our patients. We welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within the field of Gastroenterology, and we are happy to provide training and mentorship.

Role overview:

  • Provide clinical care for patients with gastroenterology-related conditions.
  • Conduct patient examinations, assessments, and medical histories on new and established patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Formulate and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Educate patients on disease management and treatment plans
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.

Benefits:

  • Excellent compensation package with a guaranteed base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, based on experience and credentials
  • Benefits including medical, a 401(k) plan, along with paid time off, paid holidays, and one week of paid time off for continuing medical education (CME).
  • Licensure and CME allowance.
  • Monday through Friday schedule with no more than two weekends of call coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Certification with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Current Nevada state licensure as a Physician Assistant
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
