As a Full Cycle Sales Professional , you'll be responsible for generating new business, meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships. Position Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you'll manage the entire customer journey—from generating opportunities and conducting consultations to presenting solutions and closing sales.

This role is ideal for experienced insurance professionals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, are comfortable working independently, and want a career where effort and performance directly influence results.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Generate new business opportunities through neighborhood prospecting and community outreach

  • Engage homeowners through professional face-to-face conversations

  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients

  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities

Full Cycle Sales

  • Conduct needs assessments and identify customer goals

  • Present insurance solutions tailored to individual needs

  • Answer questions and educate customers on available options

  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process

  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing

Relationship Management

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients

  • Build long-term customer relationships

  • Deliver a high level of service before, during, and after the sale

  • Represent Crossfield Partners with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

Required

  • Active insurance license

  • Minimum of three (3) years of insurance sales experience

  • Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

  • Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships

  • Willingness to work outdoors and meet customers face-to-face

Preferred

  • Door-to-door sales experience

  • Outside sales experience

  • Full cycle sales experience

  • Customer service or retail sales experience

  • Appointment setting or lead generation experience

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
