As a Full Cycle Sales Professional , you'll be responsible for generating new business, meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships. As a Licensed Insurance Professional, you'll manage the entire customer journey—from generating opportunities and conducting consultations to presenting solutions and closing sales.

Generate new business opportunities through neighborhood prospecting and community outreach
Engage homeowners through professional face-to-face conversations
Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective clients
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Conduct needs assessments and identify customer goals
Present insurance solutions tailored to individual needs
Answer questions and educate customers on available options

Active insurance license
Minimum of three (3) years of insurance sales experience
Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
Excellent organization and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships
