Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic Customer Engagement Assistant for an immediate start in Miami. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, creating positive customer experiences, and supporting sales-driven event activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers during live promotional events
* Support customer acquisition and sales activities in person
* Provide information about client products and services
* Assist in creating a positive and welcoming customer experience
* Help execute event-based marketing and outreach campaigns
* Support team members in achieving daily and weekly sales goals
* Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all times
* Assist with event setup and on-site coordination tasks
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
* Must be authorized to work in the United States
