Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor

Club 45 · Evergreen, CO · Part-Time, On-Site · Hourly + Per-Head Bonus

Build a yoga or Pilates following at one of Colorado’s emerging mountain sports clubs. Teach the way you actually want to teach — your sequences, your music, your style — to a member base that shows up. Yoga, Mat Pilates, or both — we’re hiring across the mat.

About Club 45

Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and willing to show up early before they hit the trail. We’re hiring across disciplines as we build out our group fitness program.

The Role

We’re looking for a Yoga and/or Mat Pilates Instructor to lead 3–6 classes per week. Disciplines we’re hiring for: Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Mat Pilates. You bring the practice; we bring the room, the props, the members, and a marketing engine that promotes your classes. You’ll be paid for every class you teach, with bonuses when your room fills up. Dual-credentialed (yoga + Pilates) instructors are especially welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Lead group yoga and/or Mat Pilates classes (60 min standard, 45 or 75 min available) in your specialty style.
• Sequence and program your own classes — you’re the teacher.
• Build relationships with regulars; help them progress; remember their names.
• Promote your classes on your own channels (Instagram, member network); we’ll boost you on ours.
• Arrive 10 minutes before class, stay 5 after for member questions.
• Cover the basics: capacity in the booking system, member safety, clean studio, props and reformer-free Pilates equipment put back.

What You Bring

• Yoga: RYT-200 minimum (RYT-500 is a plus). Or, Mat Pilates: Pilates Method Alliance, BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, or comparable mat certification. Dual-credentialed instructors welcome.
• Current CPR/AED certification (within 24 months).
• 1+ year of paid teaching experience in a class environment.
• Confidence on the mic and the floor — you can hold a room of 5 or 25.
• Reliability — you show up on time, prepared, and you arrange a sub when you can’t.
• A point of view on your practice and how you teach it. We’re not looking for a generic class.

Nice to Have

• Multi-style yoga training (Yin, Restorative, Power, Aerial, etc.) or specialized Pilates training (pre-natal, post-rehab, athlete-focused).
• Adjacent credentials — the other discipline (yoga + Pilates), meditation, breathwork, or a fitness cert.
• An established local following — your members will follow you here.
• Comfort filming short-form content for social (we’ll provide some setup, you keep the credit).

Compensation & Benefits

This is a W-2 non-exempt role paid per class (piecework). Compensation is fully transparent and disclosed in line with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act:.

• $3 per attendee over 12 attendees (per-head bonus).
• 45-min classes paid at 80% of base; 75-min at 110%.
• Alternate option (mutual election): 55% revenue share on classes you choose to run on the rev-share model.
• Pre-class arrival (10 min) and post-class member time (5 min) included in the per-class wage.
• Estimated annual earnings: $9,000–$28,000 depending on class load (3–10 classes / week).
