Water At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow by solving the world's most critical problems for thriving cities, resilient environments, mission-critical outcomes, operational advancement, scientific discovery and cutting-edge manufacturing, turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good.

Your impact

As a key member, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects as the Project Manager and/or Technical Lead  – planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from (but not limited to) the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. Join us and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do locally and across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.

Our commitment to you:

  • Mentoring. Jacobs offers formal and informal mentoring programs, including dedicated budget for you to spend as you are mentored and mentor others.
  • Training. From project management skills to safety to technical topics, Jacobs provides you the training you need to do your job, and to take the next step in your career.
  • Career Development. Our depth and breadth of projects in the water means there’s a place for your interests. You will develop a career path plan with regional leadership, identifying the kinds of projects and programs you want to grow into over time, incorporating your passions and interests.

Here's what you'll need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct management of project teams
