Overview
Radiation Therapist (Radiation Therapy Tech) travel assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Start date 07/27/2026 for a 12-week contract. Weekly pay range $2,488-$2,612 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift pattern is 5 eight-hour shifts on weekdays with no on-call. This hospital-based setting is managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver prescribed radiation therapy using an Elekta linear accelerator and verify treatment accuracy with Mosaiq.
- Ensure correct patient positioning and immobilization; monitor safety and comfort during treatment.
- Review and adapt treatment delivery in collaboration with the radiation oncology team, including dosimetrists and physicists.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date treatment documentation in Mosaiq; record imaging results as indicated.
- Demonstrate knowledge of imaging procedures and/or techniques, including myelograms, discograms, arthrograms, and radiographic imaging of chest, skull, GI tract, urinary tract, and vascular system.
- Perform routine QA checks on equipment and participate in safety and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with imaging procedures and/or techniques (e.g., myelograms, discograms, arthrograms) and radiographic imaging across multiple anatomical regions.
- Proficiency with Mosaiq and the Elekta linear accelerator.
- Ability to work the specified travel assignment schedule (Weekdays, 5x8 hours) and maintain professional performance in a hospital setting.
- Strong commitment to patient safety, treatment accuracy, and collaboration with the oncology team.
