Training Coordinator - Part Time

Compensation & Schedule
• $20.00/hour
• Tuesday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
Role Impact: The Training Coordinator supports the successful delivery of professional development and continuing education programs. This role ensures courses, instructors, and members are fully supported through accurate scheduling, registration, and system administration. Success in this position means seamless class execution, accurate data management, and responsive member service across all program formats and locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate registration, scheduling, and preparation for professional development courses and events (in-person and virtual).
• Support instructors and staff with classroom and virtual session logistics, materials, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate course and instructor records in AMS (Association Management System) and LMS (Learning Management System), including pricing and instructor fees.
• Track attendance, manage rosters, and communicate no-show fees to Accounting for billing.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding registration, attendance, certificates, and course information; guide members through portal resources.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of administrative, education coordination, or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn AMS and LMS platforms
