Training Coordinator

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS)

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Training Coordinator to support organization-wide training and development efforts. This role plays a key part in onboarding professional development and compliance training across multiple programshelping LSS foster a strong workplace culture and high-quality services.

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule training activities including new employee orientation onboarding and ongoing professional development
• Facilitate in-person and virtual trainings using adult learning principles
• Maintain and update training materials to meet program needs and compliance requirements
• Support and manage training systems including the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Track monitor and report training completion and evaluation data
• Collaborate with program leaders and stakeholders to develop training content and systems
• Maintain the LSS Connect Training Page (SharePoint) and related resources

What Were Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field preferred
• Experience in human services training or organizational development preferred
• Strong communication organization and analytical skills
• Experience with blended learning (virtual in-person recorded) and training material development
• Ability to work across multiple technology platforms (e.g. LMS SharePoint e-learning tools)
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 20% (primarily day trips)
