We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our online presence across key platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
• Manage daily content creation, scheduling, publishing, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook)
• Monitor trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep content relevant and competitive
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate tone
• Plan and execute social campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Oversee influencer collaborations and partnerships when applicable
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all social assets

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
• Proven track record of growing audiences and increasing engagement
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends
• Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for tone and brand voice
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards)
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with paid social campaigns and ad management
• Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut)
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles
• Experience working with global or diverse audiences
