Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager [6832]

Engineering and consulting firm seeks a permanent Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Manager to provide strong human resources support to the department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruiting cycle by creating job descriptions and sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and develop methods to optimize recruiting and hiring processes.
• Maintain internal applicant tracking system and suggest product improvement.
• Partner with recruiting agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing department to create social media strategies for recruitment.
• Ensure practices related to recruiting are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exemplary judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of a wide range of HR practices and strategies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recruiting role.

Salary : $80,000 per year.
