Recruiting Coordinator
Location: West LA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Type: Temp, Temp  to Hire (3–6 Months)
Pay: $26–$27/hour

Our agency is partnering with a leading entertainment company to hire a Recruiting Coordinator who will support their rapidly growing talent team. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment coordination experience— preferably within a recruiting/staffing agency-  who’s eager to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment . This position starts as temp with the potential to convert after 3–6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite)
• Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks
• Manage applicant tracking and candidate communication using Workday
• Post job openings and support the full-cycle recruiting process
• Partner closely with recruiters to maintain an active pipeline of candidates
• Support sourcing efforts for future roles (a plus, not required)
• Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar administrative talent support role
• Recruitment agency experience preferred
• Workday or ATS experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
