Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership over their work — not just a narrow portion of the process. In this role, you’ll manage projects from the front end through completion, including estimating, contracts, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

Our team delivers projects across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, and we’re looking for a PM who is confident taking the lead, staying organized across multiple jobs, and driving projects forward with minimal hand-holding.

What You'll Own

• Manage a portfolio of 3–4 concurrent commercial construction projects ranging from $2M to $10M
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimating through closeout
• Prepare and manage:
• Estimates
• Contracts
• Project schedules
• Change orders
• Billing and financial tracking
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on time and within scope
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution
• Monitor budgets, project costs, and profitability from start to finish
• Identify and resolve scope, schedule, and cost issues proactively

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  OR
• A construction-related degree with strong hands-on project responsibility
• Experience with estimating and writing contracts
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Self-directed and highly organized work style
• Certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or related credentials are a plus
• Willingness to work in-office

Benefits

• Base salary: $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience
