Job Overview:
Elite Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, community-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced independent pharmacy environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to practice pharmacy the way it was meant to be practiced — with meaningful patient interaction and autonomy.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide medication counseling and clinical recommendations to patients.
• Administer immunizations in accordance with Ohio law.
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Manage inventory control and medication safety procedures.
• Collaborate with prescribers to optimize patient therapy.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License (in good standing).
• Pharm.D. or RPh degree from an accredited institution.
• Immunization certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PioneerRx or similar pharmacy software.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability.
• Community engagement mindset.

Schedule:

• Part-time (18-27 hours per week).
• Some flexibility required.
• At least every other Saturday required.
