Your Responsibilities

 

As a Payroll Analyst for Deere & Co World Headquarters located onsite in Moline, IL, you will:

 

  • Process and analyze time, earnings, and deductions/withholdings on a weekly basis to derive accurate net pay in compliance with union contracts and Labor Relations/unit policies
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex payroll issues
  • Communicate with employees of various levels regarding pay questions, processes, and training
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with peers, unit partners, and other functional areas

What Makes You Standout

 

  • Knowledge of payroll, payroll tax and garnishments
  • Experience maintaining confidential information
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • Familiarity with John Deere payroll systems WFE and ADP
  • Experience using IBM/Host applications, such as TSO and TRMS 

 

Education

 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or accounting or HR/LR discipline or equivalent experience
