The certificate must be in one of the following grades: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th.
The certificate status must be active or about to graduate from a state-approved teacher preparation program.
Newcastle High School is seeking dedicated and innovative Summer School Teachers to lead our credit recovery and enrichment programs for the upcoming June session. This is an excellent opportunity for educators looking to make a targeted impact in a focused, short-term environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse student needs.
Foster a supportive, high-energy classroom environment conducive to rapid academic growth.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
Provide timely, constructive feedback to facilitate student mastery of core concepts.
Schedule & Logistics:
Duration: Month of June (Monday – Thursday).
Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Location: Newcastle High School Campus.
