Currently, our client is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager. This is a working leadership position.

Duties of the Maintenance Manager:

Manage and lead a team of 3 Maintenance Technicians.
Provide training to maintenance team members and other plant employees as needed
Perform hands-on maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities
Delegate tasks to maintenance employees and assign maintenance tasks
Lead equipment preventative maintenance and create a proactive maintenance environment
Work with other departments to resolve equipment maintenance issues
Manage maintenance inventory

Requirements for the Maintenance Manager include:

Previous experience leading maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to be a working manager, performing hands-on maintenance and working alongside maintenance team
Strong troubleshooting skills and collaborative leadership mentality
