Job Opportunity – Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician – Northern Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No call or weekend coverage required. Average of 20 patients per day.

Highlights:

• Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements
• Full-spectrum family medicine including adult, pediatric, and general gynecology care
• Manageable patient load of approximately 20 patients per day
• Dedicated support staff including one Medical Assistant and one Patient Access Representative per provider
• Cerner electronic health record system
• Malpractice coverage included

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required
• Active Michigan state medical license required at time of submission
• Experience providing full-spectrum family medicine for patients newborn through geriatric
• Proficiency in EKG interpretation, pelvic exams, pap smears, and general outpatient procedures
• Current NPDB self-query (within the past month)
• Michigan residency preferred
