As a Salesforce Data & Analytics Consultant , you will play a key role in optimizing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Engagement data (formerly ExactTarget), ensuring data integrity, and developing advanced analytics solutions. This role goes beyond traditional reporting it's about uncovering deep business insights, streamlining data pipelines, and driving data-informed decision-making. Education & Experience 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting. Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics & Discovery Consultant Expertise in Salesforce data models, security models, and governance. Experience with SAQL, SOQL, JSON, and declarative reporting tools in Salesforce. Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement data, including Journey Analytics & Campaign Performance Reporting (a plus). Experience with Education Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales & Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with ETL tools, API integrations, and middleware platforms. Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python experience is a plus. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Visualization & Storytelling: Expertise in designing engaging, easy-to-understand dashboards. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot data issues and optimize reporting workflows. Salesforce Expertise : Deep understanding of Salesforce permissions, security, and reporting best practices. Cross-Team Communication : Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Automation & Optimization : Experience with dataflow automation, performance tuning, and data transformation. Agile Methodology : Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for managing analytics requests.
