Real Property Management (RPM East San Gabriel Valley & RPM Ventura) is hiring a dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support ongoing residential maintenance work. This is a 1099 contractor position with consistent work available.

PAY

• $250 per full day
• $125 per half day
• Weekly pay
• Steady work for high performers

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• General residential repairs
• Minor plumbing: toilets, faucets, leaks
• Minor electrical: outlets, switches, lights
• Door & lock repairs
• Drywall patching
• Paint touch-ups
• Caulking & sealing
• Punch-list / turnover tasks

EXPECTATIONS

• Show up on time
• Communicate clearly with office staff
• Take before/after photos
• Provide brief notes on work completed
• Keep work areas clean
• Represent Real Property Management with professionalism

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have your own vehicle
• Must have your own basic tools
• Able to work independently
• Experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction strongly preferred
• Able to travel Pasadena ↔ Simi Valley
• 1099 contractor (not a W2 employee)
