Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5+ years of applied experience.
• We look for hands-on experience across system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• We need advanced proficiency in at least one programming language, including Golang.
• We value experience migrating complex applications to the public cloud, including work in IaC, SRE, or acceleration roles.
• We expect demonstrated success using enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools effectively in the workplace, including coding, review, test acceleration, and troubleshooting.
• We require the ability to define team standards for validating AI-generated output for accuracy, performance, and security.
• We need a strong understanding of responsible AI usage in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, and resiliency and security expectations.
• We value experience coaching senior engineers and leads on compliant AI usage patterns and controls.
• We need advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with deep expertise in one or more technical disciplines such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
• We expect the ability to solve design and functionality issues independently with minimal oversight.
• We prefer a background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• We consider Terraform, AWS, Java, and Python strong pluses.

• We design and deliver scalable, cloud-native software solutions that are highly available, performant, and resilient.
• We provide technical direction and guidance to business partners, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• We build secure, high-quality production code and review and troubleshoot code written by others.
• We lead adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational results.
• We apply Software Development Life Cycle toolchain expertise, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to increase automation value at scale.
• We influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• We serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
• We contribute actively to the engineering community by championing firmwide SDLC frameworks, tools, and practices.
• We influence peers and decision-makers to adopt leading-edge technologies where appropriate.
• We help foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
