- Travel between multiple locations to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to prioritize and complete maintenance requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance actions, parts inventory, and work completed.

**Qualifications:**
