Job Description
Randstad is hiring Facilities Locksmith Program Manager to manage key systems across Austin-area sites. Responsibilities include key issuance, lock maintenance, SOP development, and audit-ready access records to ensure secure, compliant facility access. Benefits include the following:

salary: $27 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Install, adjust, and repair locks and door hardware
- Works directly with vendors to install locks and establish key management protocols on a new project
- Manage lock and key control program at legacy site (installation, removal, rekeying, documenting)
- Cut and issue physical keys, and maintain accurate records of keys, including unassigned keys
- Update organization Key Control Standard Operating Procedures to reflect design and changes
- Provide timely and professional responses to written and verbal customer requests
- Maintain a Security Focus: Exercise an understanding of risk management and compliance standards while protecting the property
