We’re looking for an organized, polished, customer-service-focused admin professional to support a special project over the next 4-6 months.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates professionally and warmly, and knows how to deliver a high-touch experience for attendees and clients alike.
• Manage attendee communications and support
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks
• Manage appointment scheduling systems and attendee databases
• Maintain and update CRM platforms and attendee records accurately
• Respond promptly to questions and resolve issues efficiently
• Support the overall attendee experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Experience managing appointment systems, CRM platforms, and attendee databases
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
• Professional demeanor with a service-first mindset
• Experience in events, hospitality, executive support, or client services is a plus
• Contract position (approximately 4-6 months with an opportunity for a longer term position for the right candidate)
• Flexible/remote hybrid depending on candidate
• Hours may vary based on project needs
