Estate Planning & Tax Planning Attorney | Boca Raton, FL (In Office)
A very reputable Florida law firm is seeking an Estate Planning & Tax Planning Attorney to join its Boca Raton office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong tax background who values sophisticated planning work, direct client interaction, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative, in-office environment.
What You'll Do
* Draft and implement comprehensive estate and tax planning strategies, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, advanced tax-planning vehicles, and asset protection structures
* Advise individuals and families on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
* Work closely with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and their advisors to develop customized planning solutions
* Assist with trust and estate administration matters, including post-death tax planning and compliance
* Collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to ensure coordinated and effective planning
* Maintain regular, clear communication with clients regarding planning objectives, strategies, and implementation
What We're Looking For
* LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (required)
* Active Florida Bar member in good standing (or ability to waive in)
* 2+ years of experience in estate planning and tax planning
* Strong drafting, analytical, and technical tax skills
* In-office presence required (Boca Raton)
* Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency with standard legal and office technology
