P&C DESIGNER - ELECTRICAL TESTING/DESIGN - TOP PAY - URGENT NEED!!

Technical professional with 4+ years of experience in electrical system design.

Services include minimally supervised coordination of drafting team with electrical design supervision.
Position requires technical and administrative supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Applies principles and techniques of acquired experience to accomplish tasks
▪ Provides guidance to draftsmen
▪ Electrical Schematic Diagrams (AC/DC): Develops three-line diagrams and detailed AC/DC
schematics, including current and potential circuits, protective relaying, control systems, and alarm
systems
▪ Wiring Diagrams: Produces point-to-point wiring diagrams, terminal block layouts, and equipment
wiring diagrams
▪ Calculates, quantifies, specifies, and controls quality of material
▪ Provides adaptations to common designs
▪ Understands common industry practices
▪ Works effectively in a team environment
▪ Reports to team supervisor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

▪ Two-year associate degree or equivalent level of experience
▪ 3+ years’ experience

▪ Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation . Knowledge of both is an advantage
▪ Knowledgeable of good drafting practices
