  • Proven experience managing teams and developing technical talent, ideally in a graduate or early-career context.
  • Track record of customer-facing success and technical leadership in complex, high-impact projects.
  • Deep knowledge of EDA workflows, verification methodologies, and hardware-assisted verification techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with emulation and prototyping systems, including industry-leading platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor design flows, from RTL design to system validation and deployment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing early-career engineers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
  • Empathetic and inclusive, fostering a supportive and diverse team culture.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking Applications Engineering team dedicated to advancing Synopsys’ leadership in emulation and prototyping. Our team is passionate about technical innovation, customer success, and talent development. Together, we work closely with R&D, sales, and marketing to deliver solutions that shape the industry and empower our customers.
