Careerscape is hiring a remote Data Entry Clerk to keep our information accurate and organized. You will input, update, and verify data across databases and spreadsheets while maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data across databases and spreadsheets
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Flag and correct data discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Meet daily accuracy and volume targets
• Support administrative and reporting tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fast, accurate typing and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and data tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
