The Role: Commercial Roofing Estimator
As part of this exceptional team, you'll:
️ Develop precise estimates, bids, and proposals that keep the company at the top. Perform detailed take-offs from project drawings and site data. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure winning proposals. Review contracts for accurate pricing and scope alignment . Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and closeout packages . Participate in pre-construction meetings , setting up projects for success.
What It Takes to Succeed Here:
✔️ Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installations . ✔️ Experience reading blueprints, specs, and compliance documents . ✔️ Proficiency with estimating tools like Edge , plus Microsoft Office Suite. ✔️ Strong communication and time management skills . ✔️ Proven ability to deliver detailed, competitive bids under tight deadlines .
