In this role, you will operate Set up, break down CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts and components, ensuring that our production goals are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
