This is a hospitality-driven position, not a sales role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for every visit—ensuring each customer feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering the dealership
• Create a comfortable, professional, and hospitality-focused environment
• Introduce clients to the appropriate sales or service team members
• Support seamless communication between departments to enhance the guest experience
• Monitor showroom flow and ensure guests are attended to promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
• Assist with light phone duties, including directing calls appropriately
• Help ensure every guest interaction reflects the dealership’s commitment to excellence

Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.00 and $22.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
