Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcoming customers warmly, ensuring they are seated comfortably, and providing menus promptly.
• Taking and Serving Orders: Accurately recording customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Promoting additional items or specials to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintaining Table and Dining Area Cleanliness: Ensuring tables, floors, and other dining areas are clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handling cash and credit card transactions, following established procedures for payment processing.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
