Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and requires a professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to coordinate various projects and events. This is a salary based position and will be based on relevant experience.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and conferences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Manage software systems across multiple businesses.
  • Work with accounting, marketing, and management staff to ensure smooth operating procedures.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • MUST BE PROFICIENT IN SOFTWARE SYSTEMS: Including but not limited to dropbox, slack, trello, Toast, Xtra Chef, Mindbody, Google Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Excel.
  • Must be highly flexible and willing to accommodate changes in scheduling.
  • Proficient in data entry with high accuracy rates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
