Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide high-quality, courteous service to customers.
Maintain excellent customer care and communication throughout the repair process.
Promote the benefits of the company's services to customers.
What We Expect:
At least 1 year of professional experience in appliance repair.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to grow and develop professionally.
Ability to work with the company's customer service platform (CRM).
Own tools and truck.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
