Giftable World creates plush and pet toys that bring joy to customers and retailers alike. We’re a growing, fast-moving team that values efficiency, creativity, and strong customer relationships.
We’re a small, high-performing team with a growing workload, and this role is essential to scaling our operations. We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to help ensure orders run smoothly, support customer service, and improve efficiency so we can expand our accounts, respond more quickly, and minimize delays.
• Enter and track orders in OMS/Shopify; communicate ETAs and tracking updates.
• Maintain basic inventory accuracy using OMS/Shopify and Excel.
• Prepare the showroom for meetings by making sure samples are returned and new products are added.
• Create labels and tag items for style-outs; manage the sample library.
• Support customer service by helping with order follow-up, communication, and day-to-day account needs.
• Keep price lists current.
• Assist with trade show sample preparation and occasionally attend events, including pulling samples for new or missing SKUs.
• Follow up after email blasts and help track responses or customer interest.
• 1+ year of experience in sales support, customer service, order entry, administration, or operations.
• Strong Excel skills, including sorting, filters, and basic formulas.
• Comfortable working in OMS/Shopify, or able to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and close attention to detail.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to stay organized and keep things moving.
• Wholesale, CPG, gift, toy, or pet industry experience.
• Familiarity with retailer routing guides and EDI.
$23–$30/hour, commensurate with experience.
